Construction of the "Everest" recreational complex
The International Charitable Foundation "Dreamers" aims to build the International Family Rehabilitation Complex "Everest" for war veterans, their wives and children in Yaremche, Prykarpattia region.
Since the outbreak of full-scale war in February 2022, millions of people in Ukraine have been living under stress and suffering from severe psychological trauma as a result. We want to create a safe place for them to receive help and support in psychological and social rehabilitation.
The war has left a deep mark on the lives of adults and children. And if they don't get help in time, the war will never end for them. That is why the construction of this complex is so important today!
The psychological consequences of participation in combat operations lead to the fact that in peaceful conditions, due to increased legal awareness, increased anxiety, periodic "explosive" reactions in response to any stimuli, depression, social interactions of veterans are disrupted, family conflicts arise, and problems with work. Such people lose interest in public life, and their activity in solving vital problems decreases.
Participation in hostilities affects a person's consciousness, subjecting it to serious qualitative changes. Post-traumatic stress disorder contributes to the formation of specific family relationships, specific life scenarios and can affect the rest of a person's life.
The construction site is located near the most famous resort in Ukraine, Bukovel.
The Carpathian region in Ukraine is a unique natural mountain and forest system where three quarters of the runoff of many major rivers in Europe is generated. It is the most perfect natural complex, which is a place of recreation, tourism and health improvement for children and adults.
The natural, historical and cultural potential of the region, combined with its favorable geographical location in the center of Europe, is an important prerequisite for the renewal, development and recreation of the domestic audience and foreign contingent.

During the hostilities in Ukraine, the need for psychological support and rehabilitation will increase, as more than 30 percent of the population of Ukraine are seriously injured as a result of hostilities in the country, children are left orphaned, women are raising children on their own while waiting for their husbands or losing them at the front, and military personnel need serious rehabilitation and psychological assistance after being at the forefront of hostilities and returning to normal life. After the war is over, the center's work will continue, as the specifics of the family recreation center will provide rehabilitation and recreation throughout the year for children and families not only from Ukraine but also from other European countries
